The Three Lucks

It is important to consider and remember the bigger picture of life. Feng Shui is one part of many influences on our lives and according to the ancient Chinese we are all influenced by three different types of luck.

The three lucks referred to are:

  1. Heaven luck relates to our genetics and therefore susceptibility to certain illnesses, our astrology (the elements that influence and shape our personality) and previous karma.

  2. Earth luck is influenced by whether the world is at war or peace when we are incarnated, the prosperity and political climate of the country we are born in and the Feng Shui of our home and work environment.

  3. Man luck is determined by our generosity to others, education of ourselves both intellectually and spiritually and whether we think, act or create in a negative or positive manner.

We have very little influence over our Heaven luck, but we are able to make a difference to our lives through our Earth and Man luck.
